Building Architects.Not just coders.
Hey, I'm Prince. I don't teach from a syllabus - I teach from the systems I'm shipping this week.
I started as an engineer writing whatever the ticket said. Then I started owning the decisions instead: what gets built, what gets deleted, what breaks at 3am and who it takes down with it.
That shift is the entire difference. And nobody teaches it, because you can't teach it from slides.
Syntax is free now.
The machine writes the loop. It writes the CRUD. It writes the test. If that's your whole value, you're competing with something that never sleeps.
Judgement isn't.
Knowing which trade-off you're actually making. Knowing the blast radius before you ship. Knowing when the boring answer is the right one. That still gets paid - and it gets paid more every year.
So stop collecting courses.
Another certificate doesn't make you dangerous. Solving problems you already know how to solve doesn't make you dangerous. Being handed the hard decision - and being wrong in front of someone who'll correct you - does.
